passed 70-680 now what?

Been a couple months now since i passed the 70-680....

if i get MCTIP certified my pay goes up. Any test recommendations?

Take the 70-685

If all you need is a MCITP, then yea, the 70-685 is the quickest and easiest way to get that. If it needs to be in Server 2008, then go the SA route.

I would do the 70-686. If helpdesk is your end goal do the 685 if you want to get out of helpdesk and get into sys admin related tasks then do the 686 as it is heavy on deployment and group policy which will help with sys admin related tasks. It will also get you exposure to SCCM if you don't have any yet and SCCM is awesome.
