Choosing a CME Router

I am getting ready to setup a couple of IP phones for the house and configure SIP using flowroute. Currently I have a 1760 with 148/64 WIC-4ESW, a 3620 with 64/16 NM-2FE2W, and a 2621XM with 32/16. Which should I choose?

I am currently set up with the above but I can't ping any of the sub interfaces on the CME Router (1760).
