are there any system/network adminstraators who has lots of end user work

i want to know are you a system admins or network engineers system engineers where you are all about the end user and is to provide support and solutions to them. I do not mean password reset etc i mean stuff like solving their issues

    Alot of the small to mid size companies you will find this. Its why you do the job no. Sitting staring at a screen for 8-10 hours sounds like rubbish to me.

    I'm a Network Administrator. However, since there's only two people in my IT department (myself, and my manager) I do everything from printers, to servers to phones, etc. If you're at a small to mid sized company, or a branch office - you'll tend to find you wear more hats.

    Yes majority of my day-to-day is end user support...
