What kind of problem is this?

Hey fellows, i've just done one of my important practice at the school today and i've saved it inside my thumbdrive. But i cant open it using my home laptop?! seriously could u guys out there help me find a solution to open this god damn important file?

I have version 5.3.3.0019 and it opens just fine.
