Is frame relay still used?

I was just wondering if it was still used as much as what it was a few years ago?

    I get MPLS hand off's that the encapuslation is still frame before it hits the cloud.

    It's still used, but its definitely a legacy technology being phased out at this point. Most likely use will be last mile termination into an IP/MPLS network (as shodown described) rather than a complete end-to-end frame network these days.
