Need Urgent Help :-Home lab for CCIE (routing & switching) & CCVP in one

Hi,

I am doing CCNP then CCIE(routing & switching) & my younger brother doing CCNA voice then CCVP.
We are planning for buying a home lab that will fulfill both of us requirement in CCIE (routing & switching) & CCVP.

I had a list mentioned below. please advice (need to change or else to be add)?
