I think someone needs to show them the average salary with just half that qualification in London and they'd be in for a surprise .
Not to mention Exchange and SQL... Just as an example, 'Wintel' Admins earn around £50k

I think people worry too much about what they see in job descriptions.Currently reading:

I think they may struggle to find a person that is as good as they want in all those areas, regardless of salary.
