I think microsoft is going further with me 2nd shot promo if you fail the first time. Now you must take an exam between February 28 and August 31, 2005. And if you fail you may make it before September 30, 2005 FREE.

I think you are wrong, because it is self explanatory(2ND SHOT!!!) and not 3RD SHOT. promo.
