Connect to VPN but Can't Map Network Drive

So we have a server offsite that has to be accessed via VPN. This user has no issue connecting to the VPN and when we first set it up, we were able to map the drive without issue. A few days later the Cisco VPN Client install got corrupted and we had to remove it and reinstall. Again, it was still working after that. Now suddenly, she can connect to the VPN, but we are unable to map the network drive. We get the error "path not found", we're mapping via IP not name and everyone else in the office is not having any issue. Any ideas?
