I tested on the Core hardware at TechSkills in Memphis, TN today. I passed with a 786. I went the self study route using an older A+ study book (Osborne Study Guide 4th edition). I also have several years hands on which helped alot. I think I'll try to pick up a more current book for the OS since this book doesn't mention XP. But what I really want to do is express thanks to the webmaster of techexams.net for putting such a great website together. And reading the past experiences of test takers helped my mental outlook quite a bit too.
