    Yeah a lot of times I have to be able to explain and justify something when filling out a risk assessment document. Without actual documentation to cite as a reference usually I just hear a lot of second hand opinions not based on anything.

    True enough, but in a pat on the back to the community, the iOS Hacker's Handbook seems to have covered everything. Also, they NSA release guidelines for securing iOS devices.
