college graduate with 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems..

my problem: NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL

my question: will the colleges or universities in Toronto accept my application to take Postgraduate Diploma course?

    Why don't you research the institutes you are interested in or just ask them? I'm sure the information you receive will be much more accurate than anything anyone tells you here.

    I take it you are trying to get into graduate school? I highly doubt you would have an issue getting in with no experience, but I'd recommend that you get some experience before beginning. But as networker said, you would best be served by contacting the institutions in question and seeing what they say.

    I don't see why they wouldn't but what do you think you're going to achieve with a postgraduate diploma and no experience when you're done?

    Your next few years would be best spent getting experience rather than more education.
