cisco Configuration Assistance

I have some difficulties to download the cisco configuration assistance.
can someone help me ?
I need the exe to install it on my computer.

You should be able to download it with a basic (free) CCO log in - I don't believe that it required additional entitlement (SmartNet).

the issue is that my current CCO is expired and can t do much with it.
