Hi guys , I need to change my name on my cisco cert because I became an american citizen 
and I took that opportunity to change my name , how could I do to get my certs with my new name and if is possible do I have to pay for that ?

you'll need to contact cisco, go to the certification tracker and it will tell you how to go about getting your name updated.Reading: Internetworking with TCP/IP: Principles, Protocols, and Architecture (D. Comer)
