I seen an add at work for a good price.
1-2801 router
2 FE ports
256D/128F
Call Manager Express 8.0 installed
1-WS-C3550-24PWR-SMI w/ EMI IMAGE POE
24x Fastethernet 2xGigabit interface with layer 3 featers.
2 CP-7940G phones
1- Analog phone.
I can get this at a good price, then I could add 1 2600xm router.
Sign said he used it for his voip studies.

It doesn't look too bad. What I would suggest is checking out prices on similar gear on ebay and see if you can get a better deal. If not, go for it.
