Value of ITIL and CISA for Fresher

I am a new member in the forum. I have few queries and need the fellow members suggestions on it.

What is the value of ITIL and CISA for a Fresher in getting the job.

We just hired a bunch of freshers in one of our offices. They are all software developers - none had any certs to my knowledge. But I would likely want to see some of them go for the MCPD. I think it's largely going to depend on the type of company and the job role that you are interested in. If a multi-national or an out-sourcer, the ITIL will likely be of value. I would not expect the CISA to be of value in hiring a fresher.

If you can provide a few more details about your background and your interest, perhaps others can suggest other certs.
