Any answer greatly appreciated. Pearson VUE A+ question

Don't know if this is the right forum, but here goes. I recently scheduled to take my A+ exam through Pearson VUE June 18th (tomorrow),however last night I rescheduled due to a health reason to my mother and wont be in town. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if it had been scheduled, I have received a email confirmation (see below) and in my Pearson VUE account it states my test is scheduled for the 21st, but under the status it says "ready for delivery." So, I'm asking if anyone ever had this instance or knows for certain what it means. The most important thing is family but I hope the $160 isnt wasted. Thanks for any replies.
