Help: Misplaced my Odom ICND2 activation key

Hey all--
After completing Odom's ICND2 Cisco Press book I went to take the practice exam in the Boson environment - But my activation code was missing from the CD sleeve. Anyone have any success stories about recovering this from the publisher or anywhere?

Not the exam code, but the activation key licence count for the Odom Network Simulator
Contact Cisco Press through the website and include the ISBN number for the book - they make you jump through hoops slightly, but they do help out
