Sharepoint Records Center Question
Hey Guys,
Anyone used this before? We have Kofax in the office and I have set all that up including a rule in side of the RC to pass documents on with a certain Client Name to a folder with the same name. BUT the thing that happens is it stays in the Drop off Library untill I edit save the file and the rule kicks in.
My question is how can I get the rule to just kick in as soon as it enters the library?
Any help would be amazing as the MS forums dont really help.
Regards

knownhero Member Posts: 450After looking at my services I notices they all stopped at 6am. It turns out that the TIME SERVICES RECYCLE had stopped the Timer service running. When I started it again it failed to start. So I added the password for the account that uses it again and started it, then POOF the document went into the folder!
So looks like I need to stop that Time Service Recycle from running.70-410 [x] 70-411 [x] 70-462[x] 70-331[x] 70-332[x]

This will have some good info for you. Do you participate in SharePoint StackExchange? I'm in no way attempting show disrespect to TE, of course, but that site is SharePoint specific and has a lot of SharePoint MS MVPs and SharePoint MCMs participating as well as a number of exceptionally skilled people without the letters. TE, however, is much more certification and more general IT focused. -
