It looks like the beta exams are being given to TechEd participants 
I just got word that I could sign up for the HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3 exam with literally 4 days left in the exam period.
Keep an eye on your in boxes for word on Win 8 and Server 2012 exams! Make sure you check BornToLearn and any TechNet Flash that you get. Let us know if they publish the exam codes to the public!
