Silly Outlook question

I know this is probably a simple question but I can't for the life of me remember how to fix it. I have a user that when she has an attachment in Outlook 2003 the attachment shows as a icon in the body of the message. She doesn’t like this and wants the attachment to be in it's on field in the header. I searched everywhere in the options but didn't find anything, anyone know how to solve this little problem?

Thanks a lot

Your emails are being sent as "Rich Text". You need to change that to either HTML or "Plain Text" to get the desired affect. You set this by going to Tools > Options > Mail Format Tab. And there you should find a drop down list at the top.

    Hope that works.
