I like the Cisco Press books by Wendell Odom, and the guides at

can help a good bit.

. I pruched the Ultimate CCNA study pack that comes with a 400 page study guide, sample questions, a binary math workbook, and more. I also rented some rack time which only cost $10/day, plus you get a workbook to go with it. It is all very cheap and has lots of good info.
