I had an interview with this company before. I later found this company employees on linkedin with parts and pieces of resume skills portion. WTF?

First question is-did you get the job? if yes then they own you so nothing bad.
If not I guess you inspired them with your Skills so much so they had to incorporate it in the profile

Ah...I am guessing your skills "inspired them" instead.

Sad part is that I had a class with the guy.

I've had recruiters give me other peoples resumes before with instructions to follow the other guys example. I've always wrote things in my own words and omitted the skills and experience I didn't have, but I'm sure plenty of people are lazy and just copy and paste the things that they like.
