Windows 2008 Administration - Assistance Requested

Hey guys,

I've just started a new job. In the past, I've mostly worked on network equipment. Now I've switched over to systems administration, virtualization and cloud computing. I realize that system administration is not a topic necessarily covered by quick guides, but can anyone point me to a resource that can get me acclimated relatively quickly? If you know of any resources that concentrate on Server 2008, that would be especially helpful.

If you're looking into the cloud and virtualization from only Microsoft, then you're looking at Server 2008 R2, Hyper-V, and the System Center product lines. The new MCSA/MCSE is for private clouds and is probably where i would start if i was you.

For Windows Server 2008 R2 administration I have this book and it seems to be good.
