Move/Change Sharepoint Site from Office 365 to New server

Looking for a consultant or someone with some spare time that could help me out. I have a client that has Office 365. It just doesn't work for them. I'm looking at moving them to hosted Exchange then moving the sharepoint site to a server in their office. Probably could be done remotely but if not, its in Minneapolis, MN.
