Help please! Should I wait for 802 and 803?

Im about to Schedule exam 220-701: CompTIA A+ Essentials (2009 Edition) Certification Exam for Sun, 23 Sep 2012 . But, the new tests are coming should I wait for the 802 and 803 tests? I already bought my study material for 701 and 702 . Should I just take my 701, 702 tests? Are there any cons that will come with this Decision?

I would recommend that you take the test you have the materials for. You could be A+ certified by 23 Sep 2012. Might I inquire why the test date is so far out?

Because I want to make sure I pass it. I want plenty of study time.
I'm paying alot for these tests since Japan does not seem to have any vouchers .

JPY 21456 (701) few hundred bucks for each test .

Welcome to the forums.

You have until Aug 31, 2012 to take the 701 and 702 exam so there's no need to wait for 801 and 802. There aren't any drawbacks to that decision.
