Potential new employer and a planned vacation

I've been talking to a recruiter and have gone to 2 interviews with the recruiting company and 1 with the actual company that I could potentially be working for. When I interviewed for this job, they asked me if I had any leave booked. I started in November, and 2 weeks later had a week off to get married, they had no issues with this.

A good employer should and will honour any booked holidays you have already.
