Where Do You Look For Jobs?

So I'm ready to move onto the next exciting position, but I'm not having too much luck in locating a job. What sites do people use? Part of my issue is I don't feel I'm qualified for most of the stuff I look at. Looking for a good site with mid-level positions. Thanks!

Same here. Think I'll take a look at Simplyhired since it was mentioned here. -

Indeed is my favorite as they grab from a lot of places -

ptilsen Member Posts: 2,835 ■■■■■■■■■■A few years ago, I would have told you Monster. Dice was too much programming and DBA, not enough Sysadmin, and CareerBuilder has never been quite as good, at least in IT.
Now, I'll say it's all about Indeed. In my recent search, I kept my Monster and Dice agents active, but found almost nothing I didn't find first on Indeed. Indeed was finding me at least one new applicable job result a day, while Dice and Monster were once or twice a week at the most. I found my new job on Indeed, as well as dozens of others I would have applied to had I not accepted the offer I received.
I actually found so many relevant results during my first search with Indeed that I had to make a spreadsheet to list them and "objectively" compare them based on some criteria I came up with. I applied to about ten of the 40 or 50 I found, interviewed for four, and accepted one (alas, I cannot be in two places simultaneously). I feel that these were very good results given about a six-week search period with very picky criteria involved as far as what I considered highly relevant to my interests.
Comparing this to previous searches on Monster, Dice, Craigslist, and CareerBuilder combined, in which I might spend months and only found a dozen or so highly interesting results. I can't recommend Indeed enough. -

haha, same here. I can post my resume online and get tons of calls for interview, but never hear back from any jobs that I apply to/submit my resume for. I think part of this is because once an employer post on the job board, they get way too many applicants and it takes time to go over everything. -

However I have such a large network on LinkedIn I can usually get an interview within a few days. Infact I have just interviewed for 3 and have 6 more coming up. -

Once it does i customize the subject line to tailor to the job posting and forward my resume. Usually when your the one of the first to respond you get an immediate call back. Mostly everything on dice seems recruiter driven but craigslist is usually direct company postings.

I agree with this. My last two interviews have been from craigslist postings that I replied to within a couple hours of posting. I usually receive a call from them the next morning.
