Hi Guys,
I applied for a position at a well known bank and I had to do two on-line assessment tests which I passed. It's not an IT position that I have just applied for but hoping that I pass this Telephone Interview then possibly a proper Interview face-to-face. The position is to work in the Call Centre to start off with, then hoping that I can get into the IT department once settled in.
Am just wondering if anyone has done a Telephone Interview with a bank before and what sort of questions they asked you, how did you prepare for the Interview. It will be my 1st ever Telephone Interview and I don't want to ba**s it up.
Telephone Interview is this Thursday.
Thanks for your help guys.
Regards
Rob
