Critique My Resume Please!

I was wondering if someone could please critique my resume. I have gotten a lot of interviews, but when I'm asked to send in my updated resume, they're not calling me back. After about 5 or so interviews I'm starting to wonder what's going on. I think it's my resume. Maybe I'm putting too much stuff/adding fluff, or not being descriptive enough. I'm hoping someone with another pair of eyes could take a look at it and tell exactly what's wrong with it. I tried having a company look at it, but it's still not changing or getting the results I want.
Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! I'm all for active criticism so don't hold back!

Hopefully in the real format it's one page, two pages max.
If they took the time to interview you, I doubt the issue was your resume, but rather your knowledge/skills/personality vs. what they are currently hiring for. -
