What is the best training provider for penetration testing?

I have read the CEH material by EC Council but looking for more training, Is Offensive security training for Pen Testing the best? any recommendations? thanks

I would look at the GPEN training from SANS.

thanks for that, but I checked their prices for GPEN it cost $4175, which is out of my budget. I can afford the $750 course by offensive security (backtrack training)

What's your experience like? OSCP is a great course, but depending on your background you may want to baby step it first.

I may be biased, but I strongly believe the best one out there is Penetration Testing with BackTrack (PWB) from www.offensive-security.com.
