Is CCNA another name for CISCO?

in CCNA & CCENT
Having gained both A+ and N+ i want to obtain another netork cert.

Should i go for Windows 2003 Server or try for the CISCO cert (all 7 exams)?

    CCNA is just one of Cisco's certifaction programs. Start with CCNA to test the waters, its amongst the hardest certifications in the industry, with Cisco by far being the most difficult vendor certifications to obtain.
