IPv6 addresses

So I think I found a mistake in Odom's ICND2 book, but I'm not sure. Table 17-9 on page 604 shows the following:

Global Unicast 2000::/3
Unique Local FD00::/8
Link Local FE80::/10
Multicast FF02::/16

Everything looks right to me except the Unique Local which I'm seeing in Lammle's and others as FC00::/7. Am I wrong or right?

Multicast FF02::/16

That multicast range is also incorrect, from my recollection.

FF00::/8 is multicast.
FF02::/16 is link-local multicast.

Thanks. The CCNA's light overview of IPv6 leaves me more confused than when I started. I'm going to read a book on IPv6 when I'm done with the CCNA.

Routing TCP/IP has a pretty good section about IPv6. I also had a thread about a month ago here asking a bunch of questions about IPv6. Maybe reading through it could answer a few questions?
