Passed EMC ISA v2 Cert

Read through the updated Information Storage and Management book last week. For a tech book, it is surprisingly easy to read. I made it through the last 200 pages in one evening. I was planning on taking the exam in a few weeks, but since I finished the book and am going on vacation next week, wanted to try and get it out of the way before then.

The book covers everything on the exam. I wasn't surprised by anything on the exam that wasn't covered in the book. Most of the exam is based on general storage practices and not EMC specific, although they do have some questions that you have to know what a particular EMC product does as it relates to the general storage practice. The book gives you examples of how the EMC products fit into their role, so again, it wasn't a surprise to see it on the exam.
