looking to become a MCTS can't decide on which test..

hey guys,
My boss said he would definately give me a promotion and raise after MCTS. 70-680 is covered under WGU curriculum so i feel like i have to wait so are 70-640 and 70-642. I was considering just taking 70-620 to get quick MCTS. what do you guys suggest?

if you're planning on taking the MCTS to the next level the MCITP:Server Admin or MCITP:Enterprise Admin requires both 680 and 640. So I'd say do the 680 to get the raise and promotion and then do the 640Current Certification Exam: ???
Future Certifications: CCNP Route Switch, CCNA Datacenter, random vendor training.
