studying for 70-686

hi everyone, i passed my 680 recently and i have begun to study for my 686 (well i have been for a while; but now im all in). i know that there is a sticky up top, and i have gone through the thread. recently i have been using the ms press kit ebook for 686, but i find it a bit difficult to grasp the planning theories, i cant seem to absorb that info as well as the practical on hands stuff. does anyone have any recommendations regarding this issue.
