Hey guys,
Im thinking of buying an adsl module of my 2600 router and was just wondering what I would need to do to set it up?
Im guessing security would be an issue as I wouldn't have a firewall?

TehToG Member Posts: 194If you're really worried about that you can just use your standard home router and NAT between that and your 2600. Thats what I do for my cisco environment. I don't get the benefit of the full speed of my connection but it's usable.

R-Legend Member Posts: 8 ■□□□□□□□□□You can setup everything firewall/security as long as it is an 2600xm via sdm but the wic-1adsl has a maximum speed of 8Mbps. I have been using one (2610xm with wic1ADSL) for two years it works flawless.
