Taking 701 on Tuesday, July 31st 2012

Folks,
I will be taking my 701 A+ Essentials this Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. I used CBT Nuggets, Testout Labsim, Professor Messer, and some A+ books. I've been using Testout Labsim A+ 701 practice exams and have been getting over <78%. I'm worried that I might not pass this exam. What do you guys think?
