Search Twitter using InfoSec terms to find people who have those interests in their profile. Search for InfoSec-related hash tags (e.g., #security, #cybersecurity, #infosec, #malware. #forensics) to find related Tweets.

Then just add others as they come up. I have a column with the timeline and another column with #infosec.

I can't believe Bruce Schneier isn't on that 12/2011 list. He was certainly tweeting before then. Dan Kaminsky is another notable to follow.
