bought a 2651xm for 13.56 did i get ripped off?

Hey guys i bought this off the Ebay for $13.56.

Originally the listingsaid in the description that it would continue to boot over and over. That all itdid was just keep re-booting.

I felt I should be able todiagnose it and possibly repair it. I emailed the seller and ask if he could get aconsole report for me so I could determine if I had further interest in biddingon his auction. He replied that he posted the console report in the listing. Ieagerly read it toughly, and studied it. I concluded that either the memory wasin need of being reseated OR a memory stick went bad.

I got the 2651xm today and now it is working in myrack. FLASH memory stick was bad! <yeha!

Bonus: the Dram had been up-graded to 256MEG memory and italso came with a VWIC 1MFT-T1.
I was feeling pretty proud and i though i would share with you guys.
I still need to buy a 32 meg flash memory because I tooka 16 meg memory stick out of one of my other routers.

    2651xm with 256 MB of RAM for less than 20 bucks I'd say thats pretty good. I'd pay that in a heartbeat.

    that what unemployed IT specialist | network engineers, do | spend all night and fix it
    I delet all the crash , put back in the original Flash Memory | booted to rommon> | got it in global | did password recovery.
    Bingo
    $13.56 plus shipping!

    Nice. I have a couple of 2651XMs and really like them. The only complaint I have is that they boot horribly slow.

    I have a 2651XM/2621XM and they both boot horribly slow with 12.4 on them but I'm just grateful they run it. I have another 2651XM but it's faulty. The Ethernets don't work properly.

    i like ebay.. i got some of the best deals there.. i bought 8x2811 for £700 (including shipping).. that being an exception, I always think its not worth the time I spend on ebay to get deals on new listing.. does anyone else feel the same?
