Start Off On The Right Foot

Alright, so- my nerves have been starting to build all week.
I am starting my new job on this Monday. My last day at my current position is tomorrow- so not a lot of time to really unwind from here and transition. Historically I have not taken time off to transition jobs, but for some reason I have a feeling I should have. To maybe calm this feeling, I rented a cabin up in the mountains this fri-sunday and I am taking the wife up there to maybe help unwind a bit!
I am looking for advice from you guys about starting off on the right foot. This position is a 90 day Contract-to-Hire. This is due to the lengthy background check that needs to get processed and obviously, whether the company and I are a good fit or not. I am pretty confident I am a good fit culturally (I am one of those types of people that seem to fit in wherever I go- just my outgoing personality type). My technical skills are pretty solid too. I am just getting a bit nervous!
I guess I am just getting nervous because this is really outside of my comfort zone. My IT career has been primarily support related in the small business (~150 user) environment. This new position is in a Fortune 500 multiple-datacenter enterprise-level environment. Instead of being responsible for a companies entire IT infrastructure (network, systems, voip, desktops etc) I'll be focusing exclusively on the management and integration of their VMWare and Citrix systems in all of these data centers. The team is small, just 3 of us with my boss being in my location and my other team mate being about 1300 miles away in another location. This will be my first time really being a go-to specialist. I feel like I should know the answer to all of their questions, when in reality I know I don't- but I also don't want to sound incompetent either. I know I am probably over thinking this lol.
I have never worked in this type of environment before (size and specializing) so I suppose I am just looking for some tips to start off on the right foot. Anyone have any words of wisdom bestow upon me before I throw myself into deep end(And pray I swim rather than sink!)?

Also, congrats on the new gig. -

Last day at my current company- they are throwing me a pizza party/baby shower as a going away thing.
I think you are guys def right- I just need to breathe and approach like I did all of my new jobs and just sit down, shut up, and take it all in. And when I have questions- ask. And write things down- no one wants to be the guy who continues to ask the same questions.
