I'd do away with the 'Specific Technical Expertise' section all together. I'm not a big fan of a wall of words that doesn't mean much of anything. If you have something you've worked with that you want to highlight you should put it in the experience section.

I can't really tell how you have this formatted, but messing with the format a bit can help reduce it down to one page as well.
An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made.

Thanks networker. I will get rid of that section and add some pieces to the experience section. My resume setup is Times Roman 11pt.

Try a Word doc or PDF so we can get a sense of the formatting. A few things:

    - Total bullet fest - This is a matter of preference. Some of us hate so many bullets.Their purpose is to convey key points. By having so many you defeat their intended purpose
    - Certs: list them without the vendor name header. Also, keep it consistent and spell out LPIC
    - BlackBerry (capital B both)
    - SharePoint (capital P)
    - "Helped maintained the department website..": sounds weird

Seems like you have some good experience but the way the resume is worded it doesn't show me how you will make a difference. I always say that anyone can "install/upgrade, configure, and maintain" but not everyone can bring value to a company. Show me how your contributions made a difference that resulted in improved processes or monetary savings. That's what will make you stand out from others and get you hired.
