Need Help for certification.

Hi I am about to finish my Bachelor in IT security next year I already have Adv Diploma in network security which includes CCNA R&S CCNA Voice CCNA SEC CCNA Wireless and also CCNP R&S certifications. I was unable to decide weather I should go with CISSP Associate certification or EC council CHFI certification. I have do the Forensic investigation subject with mostly the same course outline on CHFI and I was going through the CISSP Study Guide my over view is that I have studied most of the stuff including Crypto, access control, IPS ,IDS, TCPIP , IPV6 & VPN. but I do need to work on Databases, safety and relating Laws. I should also let you know I have little experience in IT field as I have to leave my job to finish my studies. Please let me know I these certifications will be worth anything as I will be starting my carrier from Graduate position.
