70-680 end date

Hi, just looked on the Microsoft website and they are ending the 70-680 as of July 31 2013. I am just wondering if I wanted to take an exam after that date would it be possible. As I intend to complete the 70-680 by the the start of February. But then it would take me longer to do the 70-685 or 686 depending on which I go for.
