Hello. My name is Earendil and I have been a long time lurker, just recently joined the forums. I am one of those people who want to change careers late in their life. I am 32 years old and with a law enforcement background/employment/experience. I really am interested (and excited) in working for the IT world. I am fairly knowledgeable about computers and technology in general, and I help my friends out when they have computer issues(removal of viruses, malware, OS installation, hardware). I am fairly adept at finding solutions to problems, Google has been so helpful in that respect. But I have no paid experience whatsoever, I have some schooling in IT but I don't think it counts. But I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my foot in the door. Any suggestions?
Below is my resume. Thank you all!
