Just making sure, commands on objectives?
killuminati1987
Do I have to know the individual switches for the commands listed in the objectives given by CompTIA?

You might see a couple but mostly you just need to know what the commands do. Some of things you should know are:
What command is used to check connectivity
Know the ipconfig switches - for example, know what switch is used to clear the cache
Wtha is used with the route command to view the routing table
Here are two blogs with some practice test questions that you might find valuable:
Network+ Command Line Tools Part 1
Network+ Command Line Tools Part 2
Good luck.

In addition to what Darril said, know the commands on Linux and Windows. Since CompTIA is vendor neutral, anything goes. Also make sure you know which command is for which operating system, even if they do the same thing. Know the flags for the major commands as well.

Yes know the commands listed in the objectives. At first glance they seem like a lot but some of them you should practice. Helps the "little grey cells remember" as Poirot would say

It would also be a good thing to not only know the command but what the output looks like from each, either in Linux or Windows. When i took my exam i was shown only output and asked which command produced it.
