Half/Full Duplex

I read some where that " The 10BASE-T links connected to a switch can support either half-duplex or full-duplex operation". This means that Full of Half Duplex depends whether a Hub/Repeater (Half Duplex)or Switch (Full duplex)is used.Sp any network using switches only is essentially a Full Duplex Network ??

Yes, pretty much. Since a switch makes each port it's own collision domain there is no need to run collision detect, so switches run by default in full duplex (well technically auto negotiate) with CSMA/CD disabled. Hubs will always be half duplex unless you want a mess, and individual switch ports can be configured to run half duplex with the duplex half interface command. You would do that if you were connecting a hub to a switch port or such.
