NOC Tech - Job Opening - Houston, Texas

I have a position available in my NOC. This is an entry-level position but some experience would be good.


We are looking for a NOC technician to provide technical/desktop support at a data center in downtown Houston.
You will answer support requests via phone and e-mail in a 24/7/365 environment.

Experience with the following is a plus:

Windows Server 2003/2008R2
Remote Desktop Services
Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010
Microsoft Office 2007/2010
Citrix Xen Server, XenDesktop, XenApp, Cloudstack
Vmware Vsphere 5
Teamviewer

Cisco IOS (Routers and Switches)
Check Point Firewalls

Network troubleshooting (DNS, ping, traceroute,)

Schedule is rotating 4 days on, 4 days off 8pm to 8am.

    Check Craigslist. I've seen positions similar to this pop up a few times in the Technical Support section for jobs.

    Good morning DPG, after doing some research on a job posted on CL Houston ( NOC tech/ desktop support role) I came across to this forum. I know this thread is outdated. Wanted to ask if you still work at the same firm, if so PM me the contact information to send my resume for consideration.

    I worked in downtown for JPMorgan Chase for 12 + years, looking to going back to work downtown.
