I'm really in need of an ebook or video for NetApp Data ONTAP. I'm new to it and will appreciate suggestions on books or videos to help me get started.

There's a 354 page admin guide that shows up in the first hit when you Google NetApp Data ONTAP. That should get you started and the second link appears to have a lot of study material. Dunno if there are videos for this kind of thing, have you tried youtube? Also maybe read the Information Storage and Management book for a decent primer on Storage.

You can try registering for Netapp University. They have a variety of online courses, one of them being a 6 hour webinar which is pretty good. It even has an exam at the end.
