cisco softphone help

im not a cisco person at all but one of my offices came with an installed and setup cisco SPA508G phone system, but im getting a annoying request to see if i can get the current phone system setup with software were the user can dial via a click on the screen and talk via headset
is there anything out there for this

shodown Member Posts: 2,271SPA508 is a phone model. more than likely there is a UC500 or UC300 system that came with it. If you have that then you can find out which model, then you can look into call connectors.Currently Reading
